The grapes were selectively harvested by hand on September 16, 2018; spontaneously fermented with natural ambient yeasts; aged in used 500-liter wooden barrels; matured on the lees for a long time, with minimal sulfur added, and bottled unfiltered on July 8, 2020. Great tannin structure with a subtle fruit sweetness. Also suitable for natural wine newcomers.

Crispy pan-seared arctic char fillet meets a refreshing fennel and orange salad. The aromatic fennel notes and juicy fish harmonize perfectly with the subtle fruit sweetness of the orange.

From a large glass – e.g. a Bordeaux or Burgundy glass – the powerful aromas come into their own best with more air.
